Commuters who frequent the North East Line (NEL) are to note that the MRT line will start train services later at around 8am on four Sundays in June and July 2024, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) and rail operator SBS Transit said in a joint statement on Wednesday (Jun 12).
Commuters travelling on the Circle Line (CCL) and Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) are to take note of temporary adjustments to train service for rail expansion works, SMRT said in a joint statement with the Land Transport Authority (LTA) on Thursday (Oct 5).
Train services on the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL) will start later at 8:00am on Saturdays and Sundays, from Feb 26, 2022, to May 29, 2022.
This is to facilitate additional engineering hours to support testing in preparation for the third stage of the Thomson-East Coast Line (TEL3) which is slated for opening later this year.
