The first stretch from Keppel MRT station to HarbourFront MRT station was completed in August 2020, followed by the stretch from Keppel MRT station to Cantonment MRT station, which was completed in July 2021.

This final stretch of works from Prince Edward Road MRT station to Cantonment MRT station was completed on Jan 12, 2022, thus closing the loop – signifying a complete *circle* for the CCL.
