Did you know that you can now check if your TraceTogether Token is working at checking pods located at various MRT station?
The Smart Nation and Digital Government Office (SNDGO) introduced self-service token checking pods to allow commuters to check if their TraceTogether Token is working.
The pods consists of a SafeEntry Gateway. If your token is working, there will be a green light and a “beep” sound when your token is near the gateway.
Should there be no light or sound when your token is near the gateway, your token is probably faulty or out of battery. You should go to the nearest Token Replacement Booth or Community Centre to get your token replaced for free.
