Train Services Extended for New Year’s Eve 2024

The operating hours for several MRT/LRT lines and bus services will be extended for New Year’s Eve on Dec 31, 2024. A compilation of the scheduled departure timings of the last trains at various stations across the train network has been provided in this article.

Please note that the last train timings provided in this article are valid only for train service extensions between the late night of Dec 31 and the early morning of Jan 1.

The public can also check the Crowd@MarinaBay, Crowd@Kallang, Crowd@OrchardRoad, and Crowd@Sentosa maps on Dec 31, from 7pm onwards, to view real-time crowd levels, area closures, available transport nodes, and movement routes.

NSL North-South Line

From Towards Last Train

NS 28 Marina South Pier 1:55am

The last trains at City Hall (NS25) station towards Jurong East (NS1) and Marina South Pier (NS28) stations will respectively depart at 2:15am and 1:55am.


EWL East-West Line

EW 33 Tuas Link 2:15am

The last trains at City Hall (EW13) station towards Pasir Ris (EW1) and Tuas Link (EW33) stations will depart at 2:15am.

The last train at Tanah Merah (CG) station towards Changi Airport (CG2) station is not extended and will depart at 11:50pm.

NEL North East Line

The last train at HarbourFront (NE1) station towards Punggol Coast (NE18) station will depart at 2:16am.

The last trains at Dhoby Ghaut (NE6) station towards HarbourFront (NE1) and Punggol Coast (NE18) stations will respectively depart at 2:10am and 2:26am.

The last trains at Serangoon (NE12) station towards HarbourFront (NE1) and Punggol Coast (NE18) stations will respectively depart at 1:57am and 2:38am.

The last train at Punggol Coast (NE18) station towards HarbourFront (NE1) station will depart at 1:43am.


CCL Circle Line
