Residents of Sengkang and Punggol can look forward to shorter waiting times on the Sengkang–Punggol LRT (SPLRT) as an additional procurement of eight new 2-car LRT trains for the line has been placed, said Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (MHI) on Tuesday (May 9).
