
Are you travelling between Raffles Place MRT station and City Hall MRT station on the East-West Line (EWL) towards the east?
If so, you might have noticed that your travelling time may have increased by a bit. It is not caused by a train breakdown or a train disruption, don’t worry!

The communications systems on the North-South Line, East-West Line and Bukit Panjang LRT will be renewed and modernised.
Last Thursday (Sep 2), the consortium between ST Engineering and Siemens Mobility announced in a joint statement that it has won a S$180 million contract for the renewal programme.
